DeftEdge evaluated the progress of the WHO Transformation and status of its implementation. The evaluation used a mixed method approach – both primary and secondary sources of data including, among others, interviews (with 200 people), surveys (with 1287 staff members) and review of archival data available from WHO, Member States and other partner organizations.
