The programme was designed to enhance the capabilities of practitioners globally in dealing with drug-related crimes and justice issues through eLearning. This evaluation employed a mixed-methods approach to assess the programme’s alignment with its intended goals. The evaluation focused on several key areas, including the relevance of the eLearning content to the target audience, the effectiveness of the teaching methodologies used, the efficiency of the technology and delivery systems, and the long-term sustainability and impact of the programme. Our methodology integrated both qualitative and quantitative techniques, encompassing document reviews, data analyses, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and case studies.
