DeftEdge conducted the mid-term evaluation of the “Asia-Pacific Sustainable Urban Transport Systems to support the region’s achievement of the 2030 Agenda” project, supported by the Government of the Russian Federation. This comprehensive mixed-methods evaluation aimed to determine how well the project’s activities, such as the implementation of sustainable transport policies and programs, enhanced regional cooperation, and supported the phases of the Regional Action Programme for Sustainable Transport Connectivity in Asia and the Pacific, contributed to the sustainable development goals. The evaluation methodology incorporated various standardized tools, including stakeholder interviews, online surveys, direct observations, and document reviews, along with qualitative insights garnered through a reconstructed theory of change adapted from significant change techniques.
