The mid-term evaluation assessed the performance and impact of the LIFT Disability Programme implemented by four partners in Myanmar: Eden Centre for Disabled Children (ECDC), Help Age International (HAI), Lode Star, and Golden Pearl Organisation (GPO). The evaluation aimed to produce robust evidence to facilitate learning and knowledge sharing among LIFT’s stakeholders, both internally and externally.

The evaluation team adopted a mixed-methods approach, including extensive documentary review, surveys, and key informant interviews (KIIs), conducted in accordance with international evaluation standards (OECD-DAC and UNEG principles and guidelines). Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and the coup in Myanmar, the team conducted content analysis of 250 documents, 63 KIIs (with CSOs, IP staff, and LIFT team), and surveyed 153 beneficiaries, household members, and community members.
