Mark Meisner, Ph.D., is a senior environmental and communication professional with expertise in sustainability, climate change, ethics, media, and evaluation. Formerly a professor of environmental studies and communication, an IT consultant, an editor, and a non-profit leader, he has been with DeftEdge since 2009. With DE he has provided strategic technical communication and advisory services, has undertaken programme and project evaluations, and has conducted evaluation quality assurance reviews. He has also designed and developed project monitoring & evaluation communication tools, including reports, briefs, infographics, presentations, training materials, surveys, newsletters, and videos.
